Mantaro warrants the InCync Laser Cleanse to be free from manufacturing defects in both materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. If this product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Mantaro will either repair or replace the product. This warranty does not cover circumstances beyond the control of Mantaro. We make no other express or implied warranty for this product. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states or jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state or by jurisdiction.
To get warranty service please email support@mantaro.com. Before shipping your product to Mantaro, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number. We will not accept the return of a product without an RMA. Any products shipped to us without an RMA will not be refunded or returned. To ensure the safe return of your product, you must use the original packaging to ship back the product. If you have discarded your packaging and need to ship the product back for return or repair, please contact support@mantaro.com and we will provide you with factory packaging for a cost plus the cost for us to ship your replacement packaging to you. If you ship your product without using factory packaging, your product may be damaged during shipping. Mantaro will not cover the cost for products that break due to shipment in non-factory packaging.
